Welcome to my blog. If you’re reading this, the site is up, the database is connected, and nothing has exploded — yet.

I’m a developer, occasionally a human being. By day I work as a front-end engineer, shipping UIs, integrating APIs, and keeping the front end from falling apart. Outside of that, I build things for fun and try to write them down along the way.

I built this site by hand — the blog engine, the design, the whole thing — partly because I wanted to learn the stack, and partly because writing about what I do forces me to actually understand it.

Expect engineering notes, side projects, and the occasional lesson learned the hard way. Minimal crying, decent progress.
